Terms & Conditions (T&C) that follow in this article, as may be revised from time to time, are applicable to all our services available online or offline. These terms and conditions are applicable to the services we provide for personal, non-commercial use of our services. These T&C will not be applicable to our relationship with other commercial service providers (B2B) that we have an affiliation with.

General Disclaimer

VacationXP does not own any travel products or packages. We are simply the bridge which connects the travelers with the travel agencies. The accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the inventory-related information displayed on the Site remain the sole responsibility of each provider. Changes in market conditions or circumstances may occur on short notice which may make information displayed on the Site inaccurate or outdated.

If something should go wrong during booking or travel period, VacationXP will act as a point of contact and will use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist the customer.

Refund Modality: 

The company will refund the money exactly the way it was received. The Refund process will be the same as per the Payment modality. However, claiming refunds for any purchases made through MFS (Mobile Financial Services) e.g. Bkash, Nagad, Rocket etc will incur a service/cash-out charge which has to be borne by the customer. The charge amount will vary according to the MFS availed during the purchase.

Payment Terms:

By making a payment using this site, you agree to the use of your personal details for verification and validation of your transactions to ensure no one else is using your credentials without your consent. You must also acknowledge that the details you provide us maybe disclosed to third party credit card payment gateway agencies for verification. Your personal details will not be used for any other purposes except to verify and confirm your identity.

The Convenience Charge is charged by VacationXP and it may change based on payment method.

• Reservation Confirmation: Once you select a package, a reservation is confirmed upon successful payment. Review all package details, inclusions, and terms before booking.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary by package and service provider. Please carefully read and understand these terms, as they dictate eligibility for refunds.
• Personal Information: We collect your personal data only for booking and verification purposes, and it remains secure and confidential.
• Third-party Services: For services offered by third-party providers within the package, we extend their terms and conditions to you.

By booking a package with us, you agree to comply with these policies, ensuring a memorable and hassle-free travel experience.

Cancellation and Refund:

• In case of cancellation/ re-issue, customer must confirm VacationXP 48 hours prior to travel/trip date.
• For any kind of refund, convenience charge (if applicable) is non-refundable.
• The refund may take upto 4-6 weeks from the date of applying for an auto refund.
• Due to Covid-19, travel agencies have the authority to cancel and/or reschedule the trip at any time. The destination you’re travelling to might be under the Covid-19 travel restriction. Please check health advisories before you travel.
• In case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.

Use of the Services:

As a condition of using our services, you attest that you are at least 18 years of age. You intend to use our services in accordance with these terms and conditions and you will only book services from us with true and accurate information. If you book services for any other person except you, you are responsible for informing that person about our terms and conditions.
