Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and Refund:

• In case of cancellation/ re-issue, customer must confirm VacationXP 48 hours prior to travel/trip date.
• For any kind of refund, convenience charge (if applicable) is non-refundable.
• The refund may take upto 4-6 weeks from the date of applying for an auto refund.
• Due to Covid-19, travel agencies have the authority to cancel and/or reschedule the trip at any time. The destination you’re travelling to might be under the Covid-19 travel restriction. Please check health advisories before you travel.
• In case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.
